The didactic portion of this course, offered by the American Academy of Pediatrics, is completed online. Once you have completed the online portion, call us at 541-844-1328<\/a> to schedule a skills check. You must complete a skills check in order to receive your card.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

To Register for the 7th Ed NRP skills course, you must do the following: \u00a0(within 30 days of your scheduled skills)<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Register and Complete the NRP 7th Ed. tests and eSim found at http:\/\/www.healthstream.com\/hlc\/aap \u00a0<\/a><\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Once step 1 is complete, your ability to register for an Instructor-led Event (Hands-on skills session) is unlocked. Search in Event for \u201cCastile\u201d on Nov 19th. Once you have located the event you want, click \u201cRegister\u201d. This will only put you on the roster for the event.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Register and pay EMT Associates for the NRP skills session with Deb Castile. Use the NRP form or online registration process to complete this step.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Attend and pass the Instructor-led Event with Deb (Hands-in skills session).<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Then log back into http:\/\/www.healthstream.com\/hlc\/aap<\/a>\u00a0<\/a>to complete the evaluation and receive your electronic NRP card.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n
